We are happy to announce the results of our first Nomadic Peoples Photo Contest. Congratulations to Danko Taborosi (winner), and Sudip Maiti and Sacha Mouzin (runners-up), for their beautiful compositions and ethnographically insightful captions. The jury’s short list includes beautiful entries by Rebecca Soliman, Oyundalai Odkhuu, Marc Foggin and Matthew Porges. All entries are featured in a photo essay now published by White Horse Press: https://whitehorsepress.blog/2026/10/07/cnpphotos2025/ and will also be published in a future issue of our journal Nomadic Peoples. Stay tuned for the soon to be announced Nomadic Peoples Photo Contest 2027!
